Each site includes a picnic table and fire pit, with access to portable restrooms for your convenience. Need more seating? We've got you covered with additional tables and chairs available for rent. Our outdoor sites are accessible by vehicle, providing the perfect setting for your next event or getaway. Depending on the season, you may be greeted by blooming flowers, migrating geese, or neighboring cows roaming. THE LAND Located in the Snoqualmie Valley flood plains, each year our fields flood and hold up to 3 feet of water. Not only does this enrich the soil, it ensures the vast wide open spaces that make the views so captivating. Weather you are looking for a one-day event or a multi-day retreat, our affordable sites can accommodate you. Stay for the day or into the night for s'mores and stargazing! Farm animal experiences may be added for an additional $5/person as well as farm fresh eggs for breakfast. Please contact us to arrange. ACTIVITIES Looking for activities? We are a stone's throw away from "Old" town Duvall, where you can find dining and shopping. For the outdoor enthusiast, there is river and fishing access just down the street at McCormick Park and a boat launch at Taylor's Landing. A 15-minute drive will take you to the popular Cherry Creek Falls hike, tucked away in the forest and a wonderful destination hike for picnicking and swimming before your return. Nearby you can find many seasonal berry picking opportunities, we even have free blackberry picking on our farm. Two towns over you will find access to tubing on the river with Fall City Floats, reservations required. Visit our valley's most famous landmark, the Snoqualmie Falls, where you can sight see from above or hike down below. Enjoy your time in our PNW backyard playground! If you're a Twin Peaks fan, be sure to visit the many filming locations nearby. We are conveniently located near Monroe, Woodinville, Redmond, Carnation, Fall City, Snoqualmie, North Bend and of course, Duvall. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Indoor and Outdoor Rental Spaces 1. Reservation: All bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A reservation is confirmed once the payment is received. 2. Payment: The total balance is due upon booking and must be paid for reservations to be considered confirmed. 3. Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the reservation will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation are non-refundable. 4. Hours of Use: Indoor rental times have a 3-hour minimum. Additional hours past the reserved time slot will incur an extra fee. Outdoor reservations have access for the full day and night if requested. 5. Capacity: Indoor space has a maximum capacity of 60 people; maximum capacity for outdoor spaces varies, please contact us for details. Exceeding the limit may result in additional charges or cancellation of the event. 6. Set-Up and Clean-Up: The rental fee includes set-up and clean-up time within the reserved hours. Additional charges apply for early setup or extended clean-up time. You are responsible for cleaning and leaving the space as you found it. 7. Weather: Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. In case of inclement weather, clients will be given the option to move the event indoors, subject to availability. 8. Damage: Renters are responsible for any damage to the property or equipment during their rental period. A cleaning/damage fee may be charged if necessary. 9. Insurance: Renters are encouraged to provide event insurance for coverage on cancellations, damages, or accidents. Event insurance is required for reservations with over 50 guests. One-day policies can be purchased at Eventsured.com or other provider. Proof of insurance is required, and the venue must be listed as an additional insured party on the policy. Any size event with alcohol service must secure insurance, server must hold appropriate licenses and act legally and responsibly. 10. Liability: The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the venue, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising from the renter’s event. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, or accidents occurring during the rental period. Renters are responsible for ensuring their guests and vendors comply with all safety regulations. 11. Compliance: Renters must comply with all venue rules, including noise ordinances and local laws.
